Orders and Payment

  • Users can order products by creating an account or using “Guest Checkout”.

  • Payments can be made through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Shipment or Delivery

  • Packaging begins within 12 hours, and shipment is initiated within 24 hours from the order time.
  • Local delivery takes 2–3 days, while PAN India delivery takes 5–7 business days.

Cancellations, Refund and Return Policy

  • Cancellation is available within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may be returned or replaced as per our Refund Policy.
  • Any products other than books can be returned and claimed for a refund. The request must be made within 2 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the claim date.
  • In case of a damaged or wrong item, customers can request a replacement within 3 days of the delivery date. Replacement requests will be completed within 7–10 business days from the claim date.
