Return, Replacement, Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products or services purchased from our website, you may request cancellations, refunds, or replacements in accordance with the policies mentioned below.

Return Policy 

Any products other than books can be returned and are eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions: 

Return Terms 

(a) The return request must be initiated within two (2) days from the date of delivery.

(b) To request a return, the customer must mail us with the Order Number (#) using the contact details provided on our website.

(c) Once the return request is approved, the return process will be completed within 5–7 business days from the claim date.

Replacement Policy 

Books are eligible for replacement only under the following circumstances: 

(a) The book delivered is damaged; or 

(b) The book delivered is incorrect. 

Steps to Claim a Replacement

(a) The replacement request must be initiated within three (3) days from the date of delivery.

(b) The customer must mail us with the Order Number (#) using the contact details provided on our website.

(c) Once the replacement request is approved, the replacement process will be completed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

Cancellation Policy

(a) For cancellations, customers are requested to contact us using the information mentioned in our “Contacts” section, or they can initiate cancellation by navigating to: 

My Account → Orders

(b) Order cancellations will be accepted within two (2) days from the order date for any kind of product. 

Refund Policy

If a customer is not completely satisfied with our product, a refund may be claimed in accordance with the Return Policy stated above. 

Refund Terms 

(a) Refunds are applicable only to products other than books. 

(b) Eligible refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval. 

(c) The order amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. 

(d) A 100% refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase. 

Refund Mode

If payment was made by: 

(a) Credit Card

The refund will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. 

(b) Payment Gateway 

Payments made through a payment gateway will be refunded to the same account used during the transaction.
