If you are not satisfied with the products or services from our website, you may request cancellations, refunds, and replacements in accordance with our return policy.
Return Terms:
Any products other than books can be returned and claim a refund, subject to following conditions:
(a) You must initiate the return request within two (2) days from the date of delivery.
(b) To request the return, the customer must mail us with your Order Number (#) using the contact details provided in our site.
(c) Your order return process will be completed within 7-10 business days from the claim day.
Replacement Terms:
Books are eligible for replacement only under the following circumstances:
(a) The book delivered is damaged; or
(b) The book delivered is incorrect.
To claim for the replacement please follow the below steps:
(a) The replacement request must be done within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
(b) The customer must mail us with your Order Number (#) using the contact details provided in our site.
(c) Once the replacement request is approved, the replacement process will be completed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
(a) For Cancellations, you are requested to contact us from the information mentioned in our “Contacts” section or you can initiate a cancellation by navigating to My Account → Orders.
(b) Order cancellation will be accepted within two (2) days from the order date for any kind of product.
(a) If a customer is not completely satisfied with our product, a refund can be claimed in accordance with the Return Policy stated above.
(b) Refunds are applicable only to products other than books.
(c) The order amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
If payment was made by:
1. Credit card: the refund will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
2. Payments made through a payment gateway: the refund will be made to the same account.
