Shipping:

Packaging starts within 12 hrs and shipment gets initiated within 24hrs from the order time. For local delivery it takes 2-3 days and for PAN India it takes 5-7 business days.

 

Cancellations:

Order can be cancelled before dispatch, typically within 24 hrs from the order time. Once the order is in transit cancellations will not be accepted. But once the item gets delivered, it can be returned/replaced as per Refund Policy.

Return Policy:

(a) Return Terms: Any products other than books you can return and claim refund, in this case you will have to email us or write at here with Order # within 2 days from the delivery date. Your order return process will be completed within 7-10 business days from the claim day.

(b) Replacement Terms : if your ordered item is book and it is damaged or wrong book delivered then 7 days replacement can be accepted. In this case you will have to email us or write at here with Order # within 3 days from the delivery date. Your order replacement process will be completed within 7-10 business days from the claim day.
